" A well-presented and spacious three bedroom, two reception room house situated within close proximity to Billingshurst High Street with its own off street parking. A welcoming entrance hall leads to a cloakroom and the main living room which has double doors that open out onto the rear garden. The kitchen offers a range of wall and base cupboards, granite work surfaces, amtico flooring, two inset electric ovens, inset four ring gas hob with overhead extractor, tilled, dishwasher and washing machine.
