" EPC-E. Rose Cottage is a three bedroom semi-detached character cottage situated close to the centre of this popular West Sussex village. The property has a wealth of original features including a brick built open fireplace in the double aspect sitting room and exposed timber ceilings in both reception rooms. The accommodation comprises two reception rooms, kitchen, utility area and bathroom on the ground floor and three good sized bedrooms on the first floor. Loxwood is a particularly sought after village lying close to the Surrey/Sussex border, with a local butcher and delicatessen, hairdresser and village store with post office. Loxwood is well situated for easy access to the main towns of Guildford, Haslemere and Horsham, also with mainline stations.
