" Newhaven is an immaculately presented four bedroomed detached house built in the early 1980s which has been extended to provide a good sized family home.

The accommodation includes a 27' sitting room with double doors to the garden, dining room, family room/study, kitchen, utility room and an impressive master bedroom suite including a refitted bathroom with thermostatic shower, spa bath and fully tiled walls and flooring. The master bedroom also has a Juliet balcony with double opening casement doors overlooking the garden. The second bedroom has an en suite shower room and three of the four bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Loxwood is a particularly sought-after village lying close to the Surrey/Sussex border, with a local butcher and delicatessen, hairdressers and village store with post office. From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and at the second mini-roundabout bear right along the A272 towards Wisborough Green. Proceed over the next two mini-roundabouts, remaining on the A272, and after approximately one and a half miles bear right just beyond the bridge along the B2133 towards Loxwood for a further four and a half miles. Proceed straight through the centre of Loxwood past the parade of shops and the property will be found on the right hand side.
