" Introductory viewings 01 April 2017, from 09:30 to 11:30. Charming 3 bedroom home set in a QUIET location in the family friendly village of Southwater, offering a short walk to OUTSTANDING schools and the village centre and quick commuter access to Horsham train station and the A24, A281 and M23.

Commuter wise, quick access to the M23, A24 and A281 are offered.

Southwater is a FAMILY FRIENDLY village, offering a more relaxed lifestyle than some of the busier towns but all the amenities that you could require.
