" A charming well presented four bedroom detached Grade II listed cottage, with a spacious one bedroom modern detached annexe, set in mature grounds of approximately three quarters of an acre with open views to rear. The versatile nature of the close proximity of the detached annexe means Crouchers would be an ideal home for merging families or for a dependant relative or even to house an au-pair. Upon entering this splendid cottage through the front door, you are presented with the sitting room with a very impressive inglenook fireplace, wooden floors and a door to the cloakroom. An inner hall opens onto the further reception rooms, kitchen breakfast room and stairs leading to the first floor.
