" A rare opportunity to acquire a semi-detached house with mainly double glazing throughout and gas central heating, in need of some updating and with potential to enlarge (subject to the usual planning consents). The situation is great for anyone wishing to commute, as Horsham mainline railway station is less than half a mile away and Horsham town centre approximately one mile distant.
The accommodation comprises an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and doors to the kitchen and sitting room. The sitting room has a feature decorative fireplace with back boiler. The open plan kitchen has a built-in oven and grill with a separate four ring gas hob with an extractor fan above (appliances subject to independent testing). There is also plumbing for a washing machine. From the kitchen there is direct access into a defined dining area which is turn leads into a lean-to conservatory.
