" Chennells Brook Farmhouse is a beautiful Grade II listed farmhouse believed to date back to circa 1296. The current owners have lovingly restored the house, whilst enlarging the ground floor with an impressive Oak framed extension offering an impressive open plan kitchen/garden room with underfloor heating. With accommodation arranged over two floors.
The ground floor consists of four reception rooms and an impressive bespoke re-fitted kitchen with granite work tops and four oven Aga. The study/optional fifth bedroom has a double aspect and enjoys views across the front and side gardens. The sitting room has a large inglenook fireplace. An inner lobby then leads into the dining room which has the original bread oven on display. A concealed staircase leads to the first floor. OUTSIDE
