" This is a modern two bedroom terraced house with an attractive appearance, available for sale with no onward chain, currently tenanted until mid June. The house is in a very convenient location, close to Littlehaven station and convenience stores. It is well presented inside with a modern refitted kitchen, complete with built in oven and hob. The current tenants have told us they are enthusiastic chefs and find the kitchen a pleasure to work in whilst preparing their culinary masterpieces! It will be missed by them very much. The living/dining room is a very good size with direct access to the rear garden which is about 27' in length and backing onto the garage block behind via a garden gate. Both bedrooms are an excellent sized doubles, rare in a property of this type and ideal for visiting guests staying over or a young family. The bathroom is a neutral coloured suite and tiled. The house has sealed unit replacement double glazed windows and gas heating to radiators.Good looks, good area, convenient location, good size in relation to many with the rare advantage of a garage. All with no onward chain.

What the Owner says:

We have moved away from the area and have decided now to part with our home, having rented it out for a few years. This has been a happy home for us. We bought it because we liked the size and location. When we looked around to buy a home, we found that very few had a garage and with the size rooms this one has. It's very handy for Littlehaven station and local shops for day to day needs. We have enjoyed living here during our time here.
