" A well presented, extended three bedroom terraced home, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul de sac. This property was extended on the ground floor about 6 years ago to create a downstairs cloakroom and a stunning open plan dining area and family room. The kitchen was installed by Chappellson's who are reknowned for their quality. It comes with Neff appliances including a dishwasher, electric oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer. It definitely has the 'WOW' factor. The lounge has a log burner giving the room a really cosy feel. Ideal for the winter months!Upstairs, the shower room has been replaced recently with a contemporary white suite and wet board walls, so it is very easy to clean. There is a fabulous landscaped rear garden, a garage en bloc and plenty of parking in the cul de sac.

What the Owner says:

I have lived here for approximately 12 years and have replaced a lot to suit my needs, including installing a combination boiler and rearranging the ground floor to create an open plan kitchen/diner come family room. I tend to spend most of my time here as I can make dinner and entertain my son.I have found the village a fantastic place to bring up my son as it is very child friendly. Also, Horsham town centre is a couple of minutes away by car, so it is a very convenient location.
