" A well presented end of terrace Victorian style home, located on the west side of Horsham, within ease of access to both Horsham town centre and mainline railway station.

Once inside you have an entrance porch which gives access to the sitting room, which has a bay window to the front, open fireplace and a door leading to the dining room and stairs leading to the first floor. The dining room has been cleverly designed to give space for a desk under the stairs and enough room for a large dining table. There is also a door leading to the conservatory and a door leading to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with matching base and eye level units and the window over looks the sunny rear garden. The conservatory has a door leading to the rear garden. To the first floor the landing has a door leading to both bedrooms and the family bathroom which comprises a white suite. There are then stairs leading to a second floor loft space which has not got planning permission to be used as a bedroom but can be used for a home office and/or storage.
Outside is a shared pathway leading to gated access into the rear garden is privately enclosed by a fence border.

SITUATION
Situated in the often requested West side of Horsham, within a mile of the town centre and mainline railway station. The property is within the catchment of Tanbridge school, Trafalgar Community Infants and the Greenway school. The West side of Horsham offers easy access to Horsham Park and The Pavilions with a gymnasium and both indoor and out door swimming pools.
