" Situated in one of Horsham's most favoured residential areas, this attractive semi detached property was converted by the previous owners from a two bedroom bungalow into a 2/3 bedroom chalet. What once was the second bedroom is now the extended living area which creates a very suitable dining area. The master bedroom remains on the ground floor and is enjoyed with the bay window. The family bathroom is a good size and is fitted with a corner bath. The living room has sliding doors that open out into the very pleasant south facing rear garden which offers a great deal of summer seclusion, it is a lovely sunny spot. The kitchen is a galley style with a very useful under stairs cupboard. The rear porch extends off of the kitchen leading to the rear garden from which there is side access to the shared drive. The front garden has a tarmac surface enabling at least two cars to park off road. Curzon Avenue itself is very pleasant road and is within a very short distance of Horsham town centre.
