" A much improved and enlarged five bedroom family home, situated close to Horsham town centre, amenities and excellent primary and secondary schools.
The versatile accommodation comprises an entrance hall with stairs to first floor and doors to the sitting room and kitchen/breakfast room. The sitting room has a feature fireplace with a tiled surround and tiled hearth. The kitchen/breakfast room has re-fitted with a range of bespoke units and has a range of built in appliances with a defined utility area and two separate doors out to the rear garden. From the kitchen there is access an inner lobby which has doors leading to a cloakroom, the rear of the garden and the dining room. The double aspect dining room enjoys a pleasant view of the garden and has a door that leads straight in the garden.
