just off Gossops Drive which is within easy walking distance of the local shops and Ifield Station, whilst Crawley town centre is about two miles away and has excellent shopping facilities including County Mall the undercover shopping complex and Crawley station for rail services to London and the South coast.

There is good access onto the M23 motorway via either Crawley Avenue or Pease Pottage for road connections to Gatwick International Airport and the M25 motorway.

Crawley has good leisure facilities with the K2 sports centre which has an Olympic size indoor heated swimming pool, rock climbing wall and other various fitness activities in the various gymnasiums.
