The top floor of the home has the benefit of beautiful views across the valley perfect for enjoying those sunrises and sunsets on those summer days and is ideal to have this floor for children as the current owners have found. On the ground floor there are two well appointed reception rooms with feature fireplaces, wood flooring and sash windows these rooms just add to the character and charm of this home. There is a modern family kitchen which also benefits from a separate utility room and downstairs W.C. To the rear there is a mature and well maintained rear garden ideal for those summer parties and for children to have a good run around. The property is situated within walking distance of Earlswood common and Reigate and Redhill golf course, perfect for working of that excess energy or for those Sunday afternoon walks.

What the Owner says:

Having been there for 22 years, we have now found that we have to sell the property due to it being too large for us. We have brought our family up in the house and found it to be a wonderful and adaptable family home and as our children got older we found the biggest benefit was that we had their own floor in the home. With four good sized bedrooms and spacious living accommodation we never felt we were running out of space. With Keith being an Architect by profession when we saw the house for the first time, we instantly saw the potential for further extension. We have over the years maintained the property to a high standard but have kept all the character.
