This charming one bed unfurnished house is a few minutes walk from the town centre of Henley on Thames.

If you don't know Henley, it is absolutely delightful - it's got everything: the river, The Royal Regatta, Henley Festival, The Rewind Festival, Henley Literary Festival, more pubs and restaurants than you can shake a stick at, a Waitrose, Tesco?s, a late night Sainsbury's, a superb Cinema with really plush seats and the latest films, and the second oldest theatre in the country with a great array of shows.

Hourly trains run from Henley station to / from Paddington all day, with a direct service once in the morning and once in the evening ? change at Twyford the rest of the time.

Reading is 20 minute?s drive, with its Oracle shopping centre,  and the Madejski stadium is about 45 minutes away.

The M40 and the M4 are both 15 minutes away via the A404, with Heathrow about ½ hour away.

The house is a relatively modern build, so everything works and there are no draughts: its kept in good condition.

Its in a very quiet location with reserved parking a few steps away, and a no-maintenance (very realistic artificial grass) walled garden with that is a real sun-trap.

The carpets and fridge are new, it has a Siemens washing machine and there is a power-shower in the bath.

Double glazing means it keeps nice and snug all year round.

Sorry we can't accept dogs.

A local landlord just up the road means that problems if they occur, get sorted very quickly.
