" White Rose House is a modern detached four bedroom family home offering off street parking, a good enclosed rear garden extending approximately 100 ft. and ideally located for access to Henley on Thames town centre. On entering the house, the principle reception rooms are arranged off the entrance hall, with a cloakroom to the right and the kitchen/breakfast room opposite. The kitchen is a bright room with a range of fitted kitchen units incorporating integrated appliances above and below the counter and a door provides side access to the front and rear garden. Across the hall is a dining room for more formal entertaining. The sitting room, features a working fireplace and French doors leading onto a patio with the garden beyond. The final reception is the garden room which holds lovely views to the bottom of the garden as well as providing direct access onto the patio. The four bedrooms are arranged off a landing and include a the master suite with built in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. Two of the remaining bedrooms also have built in wardrobes and all three bedrooms are served by a family bathroom with separate shower.

Situation
Deanfield Avenue is ideally positioned for access to central Henley where boutique shops, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and theatre can be found. Delightful riverside walks can be enjoyed along the banks of the River Thames, home to the famous Henley Royal Regatta. The train station provides a service to Twyford where trains to London Paddington can be taken. The M4 and M40 motorways are both readily accessible connecting through to Heathrow Airport, the M25 interchange and the West Country. There is an excellent selection of schools, both state and independent, in and around Henley including Trinity C of E Primary, St Mary's, Sacred Heart and Rupert House Henley. Outside of Henley is Queen Anne's at Caversham, Shiplake College and The Oratory at Woodcote.
