" A superb ground floor apartment being one of the largest apartments in this prestigious landmark building overlooking the River Thames. The apartment benefits from private garden to the rear and patio garden to the front overlooking the river. Regret not suitable for children or pets.

Royal Mansions, formerly an Hotel, is centrally situated and directly overlooks the river Thames. Being just a short walk from the railway station and Henley town centre offering an excellent range of shopping including exclusive boutiques and fine restaurants. There are numerous recreational and leisure facilities in the town together with excellent communications via road and rail with Henley to London Paddington approx 50 minutes.

Regret no pets. Not suitable for children.





Accommodation
One of the largest apartments in the building, the property is approached through a spacious and light entrance lobby with glazed roof. Double doors then take you into the reception hall which has a high ceiling and cupboards along one wall made from stripped pine. This then opens out into an area ideal as a study. An archway takes you through into a further hall area.

The master bedroom is spacious and light also with high ceilings and a wonderful bay to the front with full height shutters. There is a walk-in wardrobe and a cleverly designed en-suite shower room which is fully tiled. The second bedroom has sliding patio doors to the garden and the spacious bathroom is fully tiled over the bath area which has an independent shower over together with a large fully tiled vanity counter top with wash basin and concealed W.C. cistern with built-in cupboards.

The main living room is quite exceptional, a stunning, bright room with 11?6` high ceilings and 35? in length with decorative cornice and picture rail.

The kitchen area is comprehensively fitted with granite worktops and includes a peninsular unit with part-granite and part-Iroko tops together with Neff gas hob and extractor fan, built-under oven with microwave. The opposite wall is then fitted like a dresser to one wall. The fireplace is fitted with a ?Petit Godin? gas stove and the sitting area has bespoke built-in bookcase and bay window and door to front garden.











Directions
From our office in Hart Street proceed towards the Thames bridge and turn right at the traffic lights into Thameside. Continue along beside the river, cross over the junction with Friday Street and just round the corner opposite Hobbs, the entrance to Royal Mansions will be found on the right hand side.
