" The property is situated next to Basingstoke Train station and therefore has great transport link together with underground car parking. The property has a large communal hallway which is bright and modern with lifts and stairs leading to all floors and the underground parking. The property is on the 15th floor and has a bright and spacious living/kitchen with a large feature window with tilt and turn UPVC double glazing. The kitchen has a built in electric oven and hob together with a build in fridge/freezer. There are two double bedrooms with the master bedroom having an en suite shower with larger than normal shower. There is also a family bathroom. There is a communal laundry room plus your own washing machine located in the airing cupboard. Under the building is your allocated parking space. 

COMMUNAL ENTRANCE Telephone entry system, stairs and lifts to all floors which also takes you to the underground parking space.  

LIVING ROOM 20‘ 2" x 14‘ 5" (6.1m x 4.4m) Large feature double glazed window over looking the town centre. In the living area there is laminate flooring, two electric heaters. .  

KITCHEN AREA 13‘ 1" x 5‘ 2" (4m x 1.6m) In the kitchen area there is a stainless steel sink unit with single cupboard under. There is range of matching cupboards and drawers, built in fridge/freezer, built in electric oven, built in hob with extractor over and under cabinet lighting 

BEDROOM 1 13‘ 3" x 11‘ 0" (4.1m x 3.4m) Double glazed window with outstanding views over the town centre, there is an electric heater and carpet.  

ENSUITE Enclosed shower cubicle, wall hung sink unit, low level W.C, shaver point and extractor 

BEDROOM 2 9‘0" x 8‘ 9" (2.7m x 2.7m) Large feature window, electric heater and carpet
