It is ideally situated within a couple of minute's drive of the M4 motorway (junction 11), providing quick and easy access to London and the West, and a 10 minute drive from Reading town. The nearest bus stop is just 2 minute's walk away and beautiful countryside is easily reached with a 3 minute drive to the south (Arborfield/Swallowfield area).

The apartment itself is on the top floor (alongside just 2 other apartments), all apartments within the building are privately owned. The views at the front are over the rest of the Shinfield Park estate, and at the rear over the communal gardens and across to the forested south Berkshire/Hampshire border.
