" INTRODUCTION
Positioned in a quiet, residential area of Waterlooville is this charming three bedroom semi-detached bungalow with unmeasurable potential to be updated to a wonderful family home. Accommodation briefly comprises of a spacious entrance hall, three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, 17ft living room and single integral garage.

LOCATION
Waterlooville is a market town in the borough of Havant. There are great transport links to London with Havant being a mainline rail station just a few miles away. The maritime city of Portsmouth is a short drive away and is home to a thriving centre of pubs, shops and amenities. The popular tourist spot of Hayling Island is a short drive away too.

INSIDE
Upon entering the property you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall with doors leading to all accommodation. At the front of the property is a large double bedroom with ample space for bedroom furniture and a large double glazed window to the front aspect. The bathroom follows on from there, including a panel enclosed bath with shower over, pedestal hand wash basin, low level WC and tiled walls with the floor laid to carpet.
