" This three bedroom semi-detached cottage briefly comprises double glazed front door to the entrance porch with windows to two aspects and part glazed door to the entrance hall which has a staircase to the first floor landing. The sitting room has a secondary glazed window overlooking the front garden and field beyond, a Dimplex night storage heater and an open hearth fireplace set in a tiled surround. The kitchen is fitted with a single drainer stainless steel sink unit with mixer tap, fitted base units, wall cupboards and working surfaces, plumbing for an automatic washing machine, windows to two aspects overlooking the gardens and a built-in storage cupboard with shelving. The lobby has a double glazed door to the outside and further door to a cloakroom which has a white suite comprising low level wc and there is a window to the rear aspect. The bathroom has a suite comprising panelled bath and inset wash hand basin with cupboard beneath and there is a heated towel rail. On the first floor landing there are doors to the three bedrooms, all of which have views over the gardens, fields and hills beyond.
