" AGENTS COMMENTS This chalet home is situated on a larger than average corner plot and will certainly be suited to those of you with green fingers and sun worshippers! The garden provides you with the ideal setting for summertime barbeques with friends and family and gives the kids, grandkids and dog a safe, spacious area to burn off some energy. The property itself comprises three bedrooms and w/c on the first floor, whilst the ground floor houses the 15ft study/4th bedroom, modern kitchen, 19ft lounge/diner, shower room and separate w/c. There is a detached double garage to compliment the driveway which is great for additional parking, a work from home office or the ideal 'man cave'. Just a short distance away is the pretty and popular village of Niton for all of your daily needs, whilst the bustling Victorian seaside town of Ventnor is within easy reach. A wonderful home, in a fabulous, tranquil setting. It is easy to see why the current owners have lived here happily for more than fourteen years. 

OWNERS COMMENTS There were so many reasons that we decided to go for this over the many other properties we viewed fourteen years ago. We shall miss our home and the lovely setting which is so peaceful and quiet as we move on to the next chapter in our lives. The location was just perfect for us, we are within walking distance of the village centre which has everything we need for daily life and the schools are also within easy reach. It really is a great home to raise the family in amongst brilliant neighbours. The size and layout of the property internally is excellent for a growing family and there is more than enough space for when guests stay over for a few days. We hope the new owners enjoy the home, the quiet setting and the lovely village of Niton.
