" AGENTS COMMENTS If space aplenty, both inside the house and outside is at the top of your wish list then this property is one you have to see internally to fully appreciate the amount of accommodation on offer. There is even the added bonus of a brilliant one bedroom annexe to the rear of the house! Keen gardeners will love the size of the rear garden, as will the kids and family pets. It also provides a great space to enjoy summertime barbeques with friends and family when the weather permits. The main house comprises 3/4 bedrooms, 2/3 reception rooms, kitchen, cloakroom and bathroom. The annexe houses a 14ft kitchen, 13ft lounge, bedroom and shower room. Parking for numerous vehicles is available to the front, making this property an absolutely perfect choice for any growing family. The house is offered 'chain free' for the lucky new owners to move into as soon as you like. 

OWNERS COMMENTS It was a combination of the size of the house, the annexe, the garden and the location that made us choose this as our family home more than sixteen years ago. It was by far the biggest and most versatile property we saw, and it has been a wonderful home to live in. Everything we could possibly need for daily life is close by, including the town centre, excellent transport links across the Island, and local primary and secondary schools. All of the rooms in the house are generous in their size and the layout worked perfectly for us as a family. Now the family has started to fly the nest, it is time to downsize to a smaller home.
