" Set in an approximately ¾ acre plot this is a great chance to live near the town and have a massive garden to enjoy. It just goes on and on and the possibilities are endless for what you would like to do with it.The house has a real cottage feel about it and you have a useful porch to leave all your gardening boots and tools as you take a coffee break. There are exposed beamed ceilings in the lounge and a lovely built in unit is being included with the property. The dining room and kitchen are adjacent and there is another porch off the kitchen so loads of space to utilise. There are three bedrooms with the main accommodation and outside there is an office and garage which could be converted into further living accommodation. The garden is the jewel in the crown, there is a quality timber built summerhouse with lovely decked area which has been used for teenagers room / retreat or once again extra sleeping space.Parking to the front gets you off the road and Carisbrooke village is a short walk away with several pubs and a convenience store / post office. Newport town centre is also only a short drive away.

What the Owner says:

We have loved the garden that just knocked us sideways when we first saw it as we could not believe what was here. Our family have spent many hours enjoying the freedom to run around, have friends over and we put up a timber chalet and decked area that often gets used as a surplus bedroom or is ideal for a teenager to have for their own space. We also enjoyed having the study office which was ideal to work from home from. Once we are out the back we just feel like we are in the middle of nowhere yet still close to Newport town centre.
