" AGENTS COMMENTS This stylish, well presented and immaculate family home is only five years old and has been kept in 'ready to move into' condition by the current owners. The most stressful thing you'll have to do upon moving in is to decide where to put the furniture and television! Situated within a quiet, peaceful, tucked away location, the house would make the perfect family home for those of you who are looking for a low maintenance, easy to run home to raise the children in. Internally, the house comprises three bedrooms (one en-suite) and bathroom on the first floor, whilst downstairs you will find the always handy cloakroom, the 16ft lounge and the hub of the home 14ft kitchen/diner. Outside, there are front and rear gardens, as well as the garage and parking space. Locally, everything you will need for daily life is close by, including the town centre, transport links across the Island, Sainsbury's, and primary and secondary schools. The house has been well looked after and is ready for its new owners to call home and enjoy the brilliant location. 

OWNERS COMMENTS Being newly built in 2010 the low maintenance modern way of life appealed to us greatly, as did the quiet, tucked away setting. Being so close to the town centre, and Sainsbury's superstore was an added bonus. It has been a great home to live in for the past five years amongst friendly and considerate neighbours, but there is a new chapter in our lives on its way, so it is with a heavy heart that we need to sell the house. The home is a sunny, spacious place to relax and unwind in after a busy day at work, and the size of the garden was also perfect for us. Having the en-suite and cloakroom is brilliant for when we have quests stay overnight, whilst the garage provides additional, safe storage space. We hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
