" Oak Trees is an individual detached house with an unusual split level design affording an elevated view over the delightful rear garden. Backing on to the neighbouring cricket grounds, the property is located within Meadow Lane, a quiet private residential road, and is conveniently positioned for access to the sandy 'Blue Flag' beach nearby. EPC-D

The accommodation generously measures 2,230 sq ft and is interestingly arranged over three split levels providing an elevated aspect from the main living rooms. Steps from the driveway lead up to the front door and entrance hall. Once inside and on this level there is a well proportioned l-shaped sitting room measuring 23'8 x 17'9 as well as the dining room over looking the rear garden.
