" This well proportioned family house is positioned within a private, quiet cul-de-sac and located within the delightful coastal village of West Wittering. The property is offered for sale with no forward chain and requires modernisation throughout. In total, the property measures 2,039 sq ft and enjoys a delightful, westerly rear Garden measuring some 90ft in length and providing a good degree of privacy. EPC-F.
