" An exciting opportunity to purchase a detached chalet bungalow now in need of complete modernisation, extension or, possibly, redevelopment (subject to the usual consents), located on a large plot measuring approximately 202' x 50', just one row back from the seafront. There is no forward chain. EPC-D.

The accommodation measures 1,559 sq ft of accommodation and briefly includes: 18' x 5'8 entrance porch with door to the entrance hall which leads to a spacious sitting room with brick-built fireplace having wooden mantel and open hearth. Location
Situated close to the beach at Bracklesham Bay, a coastal village some 7 miles south-west of the City of Chichester. The beach there is a popular place to enjoy a variety of water sports or admire the lovely view towards the Isle of Wight. ?Billy?s? beachside caf?/restaurant and some local shops are close by, although further amenities can be found at the nearby village of East Wittering, including: infants/junior school, GP surgery, chemist, dentist, library and a range of quality independent shops. There is a regular bus service to Chichester City centre with its range of shops, restaurants, cinemas, Festival Theatre and main line railway station. Goodwood Racecourse and Motor Circuit are some 3 miles beyond Chichester.
