" Periwinkle is a charming and characterful property located to the south of Selsey within it's own gardens of 0.18 acre and occupying a corner plot position. Believed to have been built in the 1930's the property is in need of full and complete refurbishment throughout, EPC-F.

Although in need of refurbishment the property features herringbone wooden flooring, beamed ceilings and wood panelling to the walls in the sitting room.
