" Morris Dibben is proud to be marketing "Queensberry" a Grade II listed building built circa 1796. Detached resident situated in 1/4 of an acre plot and within 1/2 mile of Mengham & West Town Village with their local amenities. Recognised by English heritage, it is rumoured that the property was used as a summer residence for the Marquis of Queensberry. It is believed that during world war II it was requisitioned as an officers mess. Later used by Sir Admiral Wildish and his family continued to reside until the 1990s.
