You've also got the convenience of Havant and the motorway within easy access too, so this really is location perfect!This chalet bungalow will also allow the family to spread its wings, with five bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's no danger of getting in each other's way! All of the bedrooms are decent sizes on the ground floor, with two huge rooms on the first floor, offering a prefect space for bedtime and playtime!Living space is at the back of the house, with French doors opening to the private garden from both the lounge and kitchen/diner. Imagine the get-togethers you can have in these generous rooms! Outside, you've got privacy in the garden, a garage for the car or more play things and plenty of parking at the front. Excited? Well, it gets better! We've loved this place since we first saw it because of the amount of space here. Its size is deceptive - a bit like a tardis!Since moving here, we've laid solid wood floors and have changed the layout slightly to make it work perfectly for us as a family. We've had some good times here and the location's brilliant for the children and our dog, Charlie, as the beach is so close by and there are walks that start from the minute we leave the house. We're sure the next people to live here will love it just as we have. It's a great neighbourhood to live in.
