Situated in the village of Southbourne, which benefits from its own parade of shops, a parish church and railway station, it is set between Emsworth and Chichester, both having an array of restaurants, shops and cafes. Southbourne is also home to Bourne Community College, which received an outstanding award in the 2008 Ofsted inspections.The property is of a great size with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a family bathroom, downstairs has three reception rooms one of which has been converted into a bedroom with built in wardrobes, perfect for a growing family, there is a great size lounge area and a conservatory.The rear garden is fully enclosed and bigger than most in the area, there is also off road parking for 2 or 3 vehicles, this property really does have a lot to offer.

Out of the many properties we viewed 11 years ago, this property stood out beyond the others. The property was so big and spacious with lots of character and potential and the garden was perfect for the children and the family dog. The location was superb, we were perfectly situated between the local schools, public transport and train services. The beautiful countryside and beach are also easily reached by foot in less than ten minutes. Within the first year we had gas central heating installed to replace the storage heaters and a wonderful conservatory built. We have also planted trees around the perimeter of the rear garden to ensure total seclusion and privacy. We have had many happy years enjoying our home and lots of good memories to cherish.
