" Treagust & Co are delighted to present this elegant Edwardian home situated in a highly desirable avenue location to the north of Emsworth town centre.

This well presented property has been tastefully improved and extended by the current owners, and offers a spacious layout with accommodation extending to approximately 2329 sq ft (including garage).
