" This is a great opportunity to acquire a classic home which has been a student house for circa 29 years. The property is Graded ´A´ and inspected by the University yearly and the current Owners have improved and maintained their Investment which is in good order throughout. The relevant certificates are in the property and it is fully let for the current Academic Year. The property has gas central and double glazing along with a modern kitchen and nicely tiled bathroom and shower rooms. To the outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard garden with storage facility and barbecue. The well decorated accommodation, which includes many period fireplaces and features, comprises a reception hall, 6 double letting rooms (potentially 7), a large 23´8" communal room/kitchen, downstairs shower room, separate w.c. and a bathroom/w.c.
