Turn right towards the Eden Project and continue along this road until you come to the Eden Project roundabout turning left, head towards the hamlet of Rosemelling and the village of Luxulyan. Continue along this road and on entering the village take the first available right hand turning into Rosevale Gardens, where the properties are numbered accordingly and number 21 can be found on the right hand side.
