Located with one of Peverell's most sought-after tree-lined roads is this beautifully presented and particularly characterful 3-bedroomed terraced Victorian style home.

A mosaic tiled pathway leads to the stripped period style front door. Through the vestibule into the reception hallway you will be greeted by the bright colours and immediately see the carved wooden newel post and the "dolly" light switches which is a theme throughout most of the house. The living room is a lovely room with a period style fireplace, ceiling features and a bay window to the front of the house. There is a separate dining room with a window overlooking the rear garden.
