" This spacious three storey mid-terrace residence occupies an excellent position with open aspect from both front and rear elevations, and is situated within walking distance to Central Park and a variety of local amenities including shopping centres in Peverell and Mutley Plain, Morrison Superstore, desirable schooling, University and City Centre less than two miles distant. The property still retains a collection of period features including coved ceilings, ornate cornicing, stained glass doors, dado rails, fireplaces and stripped wooden flooring.
