Proceed for approximately a quarter of a mile until Penwithick park is on you right, take this turning and continue along the road bearing around the sharp right hand corner, then you should turn right after approximately 50 meters into a cul-de-sac where number 37 will be found on you right hand side with a Jefferys for sale board erected to assist in identification.
