Situated in the heart of the village only a few paces from the picturesque and historic fishing harbour of Mevagissey close to all its amenities. This delightful cottage offers well proportioned, well presented and restored internal accommodation; A family bathroom with contemporary sanitary ware, a modern kitchen dining room with tiled floors, ceiling beams and some exposed cob feature wall area's; a carpeted comfortable living room with multi fuel burner; two double bedrooms with exposed beams, one with original floorboards.

Location    The property is located within the picturesque working fishing village of Mevagissey which is nestled between Pentewan and Gorran Haven.   Mevagissey is steeped in history with quaint fisherman's cottages set within cobbled streets, and offers various local amenities, which includes post office, convenience store, bakery, chemist and family health centre together with an Infant/junior School.

.    The market town of St Austell is approximately eight miles distance, and provides a wider range of retail outlets including out of town Supermarkets. St Austell also offers many leisure facilities together the main Penzance/Paddington railway link.
