" An exceptionally well presented, modern, three bedroom bungalow set in lovely gardens at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very pleasant modern development. The property is located in the village of Trewoon which is a short distance from the market town of St Austell and only 4 miles from Porthpean beach. There is a large double garage and plenty of parking.
