The property is situated on a non through road and is close to all the local amenities such as schools, the town centre and the train station. This is a modern property which briefly comprises of two double bedrooms, a family size bathroom with a shower over the white finished bathroom. The lower floor presents a large lounge with a feature fire place with carpet flooring. The kitchen diner is a good size which is currently undergoing updating. There is a new central heating system being fitted over the next two weeks. The back garden is gravelled and enclosed with a side gate. The property benefits from being fully double glazed and will have a new gas central heating system. The garage is situated to the rear of the property and has electric power.
