" "Black Lion Cottage" is a traditional detached residence built in the early 1960's, which occupies quite fabulous, level and well enclosed grounds of approximately one third of an acre. Built to an individual design, the property is now in need of some modernisation and improvement. The accommodation, briefly, comprises on the ground floor of an entrance hallway, a sitting room, a kitchen, dining area, a large family room, a study/bedroom 4 and a cloakroom/w.c.
