SITUATION
The property is situated on a quiet lane roughly 1/3 mile from Callington town centre. It enjoys a sunny south westerly aspect from the main living areas and garden. Callington offers good schooling facilities, modern health centre, vets, supermarket and is within 3 miles from the St Mellion golf and country club. The nearby town’s of Saltash, Launceston, Liskeard, Tavistock and the city of Plymouth are all within some 10/15 miles.
