SITUATION
Kensey Valley Meadow occupies a sheltered location to the east of Launceston. Beside the A30 dual carriageway spineroad for Cornwall and Devon and midway between north and south coasts, Launceston enjoys a better balance of travel distance to all parts of the two counties than any other settlement. Kensey Valley is convenient for access to the A30 dual carriageway for east and west travel.

From Launceston leave the town centre via Southgate Street and then turn left into Exeter Street.  At the bottom of Exeter Street take the second left down the hill towards Polson.  On reaching a roundabout after half a mile turn left into Kensey Valley Meadow.  Follow the road into the development.  Travelling down hill at the roundabout at the bottom bear right and ignoring cul-de-sacs to the left and right until 161 is found on the right hand side, easily identified by brick steps running up to the front door.
