" A detached house with sea views close to the centre of a well equipped coastal village. Porch, sitting room, kitchen, conservatory/dining room, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, shower room, utility room, oil fired central heating, double glazing, sea facing terraces and balcony, garage, parking for 2, rear garden.

LOCATION Downderry is one of a few large village settlements to be found along the coastline of South East Cornwall. The village, with its neighbour of Seaton, provides a wide range of local facilities including well equipped village shops, church, a restaurant, a bistro and caf?, school, doctors surgery and a public house/restaurant.
  The property is set in a no through road set back from the village centre in a sheltered valley position. From here views extend over the village to the sea beyond. Downderry includes a sandy and rocky beach. Access to the A38 is only about ten minutes drive away giving good links to Plymouth and all parts of the region. DESCRIPTION The detached house is believed to date from the late 1960's and has been extensively altered and upgraded to great effect. A distinctive mono-pitch concrete tiled roof and white coloured elevations make this a striking building, complimented by the large balcony and terrace areas all of which include views to the sea.   Two sets of steps lead up to the terrace which extends across the whole of the front of the building with metal railings and paving. Timber deck over the garage making an attractive leisure area with views to the sea.
  At first floor level there is a long balcony about 10ft in depth also extending across the entire width of the building.
