This property is situated in Crowland, a small historic market
town on the Cambridgeshire/Lincolnshire border offering a village,
community environment just a short commute from surrounding towns &
cities. In 2011 the new A16 was opened meaning journeys to
Peterborough and Spalding are now just 10 minutes in either
direction. A journey to London is 80 minutes door to
door.
Crowland itself offers an excellent range of facilities
including Co-op supermarket, Spar including post office, several
hairdressers, hardware store, Crowland Cancer Fund Charity Shop, a
community run library, home & craft shop, two coffee shops/cafes,
Italian restaurant, four takeaways, three pubs/restaurants, garage

Medieval Crowland Abbey can be seen from all around the town and
is beautifully lit at night.
There is a primary school, South View Community Primary (which

Grammar School (Boys), Spalding High School (Girls) and The Gleed
School. Central to Crowland is a large open space, Snowden

Crowland is served by a bus service to both Peterborough and
