" Sowerbys are delighted to offer a spacious modern home with superb living accommodation over two floors and exceptional outside space, garaging, gardens and paddocks all on a plot of approximately 1 acre (sts). We urge first hand viewing to gain a full appreciation of everything this home offers.

The house is constructed in a Georgian farmhouse style of five bays over two storeys and stepping inside there is an entrance porch that leads to the main reception hallway. This area has access to the principal rooms; the sitting room with open fire, dining room, study, utility, WC and kitchen/breakfast room. Furthermore, there is a garden room at the rear. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and family bathroom all positioned off a gallery landing with an exceptional master suite with views over the rear, dressing area and en-suite facility.

Outside the house is approached via a private driveway leading through remotely operated security gate to rear where there is the detached garage block. The extensive space is a key benefit to the house and it offers a triple parking and workshop facility, with the vendors adding a cart shed which could cleverly and easily be converted into stabling should one wish. There is also a room over the top of the garage which provides versatile space for playroom, office or gym. The garden extends beyond this and has three areas, the first being a garden at the rear of the house ideal for entertaining. Those with children will enjoy the amazing fort that has been constructed and beyond this is a fenced paddock with vegetable garden and garden outbuilding, this leads to the main paddock which is approximately 2/3 acre in size (sts).

The property is offered with no upward chain.
