" An elegant five bedroom detached Georgian home with a lovely garden and an abundance of character throughout and is set in the heart of a desirable Oxfordshire village.

Originally built in the late 1700s Score House has recently undergone an extensive program of improvements and refurbishment, the accommodation is set over three floors and offers great family space.

From the light entrance hallway, the formal dining room leads off to the right. It is a glorious room with dual aspect windows, window seats, oak floor and a cast iron fireplace.

The kitchen/breakfast room is the hub of the house with its traditional setting, floor and eye level units, Villeroy Boch double sink and four oven Aga. It's a well planned space for everyday living and entertaining. Travertine floor and integral Neff appliances complete the kitchen. The cosy family room opens off the kitchen/breakfast room and is an ideal place for some time out or to watch your favourite television programme in front of the fantastic multi fuel stove. A utility with WC and boot room are located off the rear hallway with a door leading out to the rear garden.

The village shop is nearby offering a Post Office and a butchers.

For those with education in mind the village has an excellent C of E primary school with the towns of Bicester and Brackley offering further education. The property is also within the catchment of the new Heyford Park Free School. Bicester has two railway stations. Bicester North offers a great commuter service to London Marylebone in around 45 minutes and you can reach Birmingham in 1 hour. Bicester Town offers a service to Oxford. The line is currently being upgraded and will provide a route to London Paddington. "
