" Just a few minutes walk to Summertown - Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Apartment (en-suite Shower-Room to Master Bedroom) situated on the top floor of this modern gated development in a much sought after North Oxford location.

The apartment is modern and well presented, with internal Hallway, Living Room/Diner, modern Fitted Kitchen, two Double Bedrooms, an En-Suite Shower Room to the Master Bedroom and a Family Bathroom. Unlike other similar properties there is a good amount of storage space, with double wardrobes in the Master Bedroom, and two large cupboards in the hallway - indeed, one of these has enough space that it has been previously used as a home office by the current owner.

The property was built in 2001 with a 125 year lease. Due to its age, one might naturally expect double glazing, which of course this property does have - however, less expected is the gas central heating system to radiators, which is a real advantage that this property has over some other similar properties.

The apartment is one of just six apartments accessed from the communal ground floor entrance to the block. The internal communal areas (hallways, stairwells and ground floor lobby) are maintained and kept clean as part of the service agreement.  Outside, there is allocated parking within the residents' car park, as well as visitor parking. The external areas, car park, lights and communal gardens are also maintained as part of the service agreement. Also of note, outside the grounds in the local neighbourhood (Cutteslowe) you can find further parking available, restricted to parking durations of 2 or 4 hours on weekdays but unrestricted on Saturdays and Sundays.

The property is located in Cutteslowe, North Oxford, within the ring road, and is just a few minutes walk of Summertown's cafes, boutiques, shops, bars and restaurants - less than a mile. Cutteslowe itself is well known for the large Cutteslowe Park but also has the Sunnymead Park and Meadow, through which the river Cherwell flows and there is a riverside picnic area. The local Cutteslowe Primary School is around 500 metres away. Within Cutteslowe there is a local shop and Cafe located on the same side of the ringroad, on Islip Road, at around 700 metres walk, and a larger convenience store and post office, as well as doctors surgery, across the ringroad at around 600 metres walk (there is both an underpass or a bridge to cross for safe passage). "
