" Apple Acre is a detached chalet bungalow with flexible accommodation, centrally located within a plot of 0.65 of an acre. The property also benefits from a one bedroom annexe within the grounds. All accommodation would now benefit from an extensive programme of updating.

Entrance porch, hall, two ground floor bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, large lounge, conservatory, large study, ground floor bathroom, first floor landing with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room off. Annexe: Bedroom, lounge, bathroom, kitchen and sauna.
